Second to that you will find Chels Barn which is a contemporary chic converted barn for 12 guests, and Toft Barn also for 12 guests opposite Chels Barn. Finally, the collection is completed with Toft Nook which is an outhouse for 2 to 4 guests with a double bedroom and sofa bed. All the venues are walkable within one of the other in seconds.

When it comes to getting everyone together you will find the largest dining room sits 24 guests in Chels Barn, then Toft Hall for 20, then Toft Barn for 12. Often our guests hire out a marquee to put in a field so that all guests can dine in the same place.

As the estate is made up of a number of venues you will find ample social spaces, with three main living rooms to relax and sit in, a music room, a games room with a table tennis table, and an Xbox Snug for kids both young and old. Each venue has its own private gardens with BBQ’s, and space to set up activities or a marquee. There is also a field you can use next door to bring in an activity provider such Archery or Lazor Clay pigeon shooting.

When it comes to cooking up a tasty meal for everyone there are three large kitchens across the estate so the chefs of the group will be more than happy. Or why not bring in a caterer who can do the cooking whilst you sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening.

When it comes to getting a good nights sleep there are 23 warm bedrooms, with 36 beds, as-well as 16 bathrooms.

Whether you’re hosting a celebration, wedding reception or corporate event you’ll find the nearby scenery of the Peak District an incredible place that your guests will remember for a long time.

Finally why not rent out a hot tub from a third party supplier and relax under the stars.

We don’t have a wedding license at the venue but we welcome many receptions, and there are a number of churches and registry offices nearby.

Extra day guests are welcome but at a charge of £15 per person per day.
