Main Function Room – a large room located on the ground floor with Georgian decor and an abundance of natural light. The room measures 10.2m x 6.8m and has a fantastic high ceiling which gives a feeling of space.

Jacobean Library – this majestic, wood-panelled library bestows a sense of tranquillity upon those who enter. It’s a large space with comfortable seating and cosy fireplace which is perfect for taking a break, relaxing or socialising.

Dance / Yoga Studio – a huge, white-walled room with plenty of space. Three huge windows flood this room with natural light whilst simultaneously presenting views of the beautiful scenery outside. Perfect for holding indoor sessions on a yoga retreat.

Kitchen – a sizeable, stone-floored professionally equipped kitchen. Make use of the outstanding house catering team or opt for a self-catering stay. Meals can be served in the two adjoining dining rooms, which can seat up to 55 guests, or hosted within the main function room. Please note, a small kitchenette is also available for guests to prepare drinks and snacks.

Drawing Room – a spacious room with large full-length windows and a variety of comfortable seating to choose from. This room has amazing views over the grounds, a bar and an original carved fireplace.

Bedrooms

There are 28 beautiful bedrooms within this property, enough to sleep up to 55 people. Many of the rooms are doubles / twins with an en-suite bathroom while the other bedrooms have the bathroom in close proximity. The room types vary, with single, twin, double and family rooms all available.

Outdoors

You and your guests are free to roam around the beautiful parterre gardens. Take a tour of the fresh fruit and vegetables grown on-site. Within the 73 acres of land is also a large sculptured lake with a Victorian stone bridge. This makes Rosegarden Manor great for a relaxing stroll to clear your head. The grounds are also perfect for outdoor yoga sessions.

Corporate

As this stately home is situated near London, it makes the perfect corporate event venue. The property is great for business occasions, such as conferences or off-sites, where guests can utilise the conference room for meeting and brainstorming. This large room features a projector, wifi and an abundance of comfortable seating. Three smaller workspaces can be used for breakout sessions.

The grounds of the property are perfect for holding a variety of team building activities. This way your colleagues can bond outside of their usual working environment. The venue can also be used for other occasions such as a work Christmas party and the properties many bedrooms give guests the option of staying overnight.

Rosegarden Manor is a popular venue choice for yoga retreat holidays and other wellness retreats. The seclusion of the property is ideal for meditation sessions due to the tranquilly it bestows upon guests. Sessions can be held all year round, either inside one of the reception rooms such as the studio or out in the beautiful gardens amongst nature.

The onsite gardens feature organic fruits and vegetables, ideal for those practising a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, the venue’s chefs are experienced at preparing food for those on special diets.

History

At over 600 years old, this manor house to rent in the South East is steeped in history. Originally built by Sir John Culpepper, a knight of Henry V, Rosegarden Manor has been the ancestral home to eleven Knights of the Realm. The house was enhanced in 1846 to include a beautiful French mansard dome and chateau tower that add to the properties grandeur. The venue has been available to rent to the public since 1999.
