Pulborough Estate

Pulborough Hall (sleeping 12 – 14 guests)

Large enough to sleep up to 12 – 14 guests, this house has a variety of uniquely designed bedrooms. The Classic room has hints of French luxury, The Arts and Crafts room has Celtic influences, The Indian Room is opulent and colourful, whilst The Boat Room is rustic and nautical themed. The windows inside are large and allow for natural light to flow into the property.

This house features – 4 bedrooms with a double and a single bed in each room. Furthermore, on-site there’s also a fully-equipped kitchen with seating for 12 people, a large living and dining room. There are also 2 extra mattresses which can be added to the bedroom of your choice.

Pulborough Barn (sleeping 14 – 18 guests)

Featuring an expansive grand hall, Pulborough Barn is perfect for entertaining large groups due to its sizeable dining area. The room is decorated almost entirely in wood with rustic leather sofas and high ceilings, great for a party or family celebration.

This house features – 4 bedrooms – 2 double bedrooms, bedroom with a double and single, and a dorm bedroom with 4 queens and 3 singles. This house to rent in West Sussex also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. The large dining room will provide you with the space to host large dinners all 50 of your guests.

Pulborough Mill House (sleeping 15 guests)

This venue’s  focal point is the beautiful Saxon-themed communal hall with its majestic chairs and wood-beamed ceiling. However, what makes this house special is the individually inspired rooms. The bedrooms have been decorated to incorporate influences from around the world. Your guests will be able to choose from the Indian Temple Room, Peking Boudoir Room, Italian Room and the Frida Kahlo Room. 

This house features – 4 bedrooms with 4 doubles and 8 singles, large reception room which is full of natural light, fully equipped kitchen.

Airstream Caravan and Cabin (sleeping 6 guests)

These two properties are located next to each other and within the proximity of the Barn. 

The owners have beautifully refurbished the Airstream Caravan to have a truly unique look. It features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a lovely reception room with a kitchenette. The latter includes a hob, microwave and a dishwasher. You’ll be impressed by the copper-covered bathroom with plenty of space for a nice shower. 

The cabin is semi-accesssible with a downstairs double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Its backyard is covered in wooden decking with a table and chairs. If you’d like to add a hot tub to your stay, it can be set up here.

Leisure

Pulborough Estate is a great collection of houses to rent in East Sussex with abundance of interesting things to do within its vicinity. The rolling hills and exceptional wildlife of the South Downs National Park are on your doorstep. Or perhaps visit the historic city of Chichester, which dates back to Roman times (just 30 minutes away). You can also visit the wonderful seaside town of Brighton, as this is under an hours travel time from the property.

For those who are keen on history, the spectacular Fishbourne Roman Palace is just 30 minutes drive. The palace is the largest Roman building discovered in Britain, dating back to 75AD. The fabulous Petsworth House, with its sprawling grounds and gardens, is just 15 minutes drive. The property also makes for great accommodation near Goodwood Revival, as the famous annual car festival is only half an hour away.

At the end of the long day exploring relax in one of the hot tubs that can be provided by the property at extra cost. Air balloon trips can also be arranged. Corporate

Due to its proximity to London, Pulborough Estate makes a great corporate venue to rent near London. Your guests can easily travel via train for either an overnight stay or simply for a day event. With Brighton just under an hours drive away, it’s also a lovely corporate venue for companies based. The spacious large barn is perfect for meetings and brain-storming sessions. Utilise the estate’s spacious grounds to host fun team-building activities.

Weddings

This is a lovely exclusive hire wedding venue for those looking for a special and homey accommodation with spacious grounds. These are perfect for setting up a large marquee, enabling you to host up to 120 wedding guests onsite. Besides the 45-53 people sleeping in it’s houses, extra guests are also welcome to camp onsite in the warmer months. 

The normal wedding package enables you a 6 night stay, from Wednesday 3.30pm – Tuesday 10.30am. This will provide the marquee company with enough time to put up and dress up the marquee until the weekend. Then, host your wedding ceremony, reception, and party on Saturday. Designate your Sunday to relaxing, socialising and reminiscing about your special day with your loved ones. The marquee can then be taken down on Monday, while your checkout in on Tuesday morning. This will provide both you and those working for you with plenty of time for a lovely and non-stressful wedding celebration.
