Guests are welcomed to the property with the striking entrance hall; a sweeping staircase and classical-style columns set the tone for the rest of the villa, which is decorated in a contemporary but elegant design. On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy Library/ Billard Room. A spacious central lounge with sofas provides access to the Dining Room, which holds a large banquet-style table lit by a grand chandelier, and to a formal drawing room, bathed in sunshine from the grand french windows. The Villa can accommodate 10 to 12 people. On the first floor are 2 double ensuite bedrooms and one separate suite with private living and dressing rooms. On the second floor there are two double rooms which share a bathroom, living room, and dressing room and another separate double en-suite room. The villa has extensive facilities including top of the range Satellite TV and Hi-Fi equipment in the bedrooms, WIFI access throughout and cordless phones in every room.
A Continental breakfast is served daily and hire of the villa includes a dedicated service team, perfect for those who enjoy the luxury of being looked after and ensuring a comfortable stay. Catering can be provided from the Monte Carlo Beach Club hotel at the foot of the hill. Air-conditioning provides respite during the balmy summer months and even on the beach your group is catered for with a private beach tent for 10 people. For those too tired to walk from the beach club back to the villa there is a battery-driven vehicle for transport between.
